These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website guardwallet.io, as well as any related applications, software, products, and services provided by Guard Wallet (collectively, the “Services”).

Guard Wallet does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation of blockchain networks or third-party services.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
Securing their wallet keys, seed phrases, and recovery information
Ensuring the accuracy of transaction details before submitting a transaction
Guard Wallet cannot reverse, cancel, or recover blockchain transactions once they have been confirmed on a network.
Loss of private keys, seed phrases, or access credentials may result in permanent loss of digital assets, and Guard Wallet has no ability to restore such access.
4. Digital Asset Risks
Digital assets and blockchain technologies involve significant risk.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept that:
Cryptocurrency prices may be highly volatile
Blockchain transactions are irreversible
Technical vulnerabilities may exist in blockchain networks

5. Prohibited Uses

Blockchain network fees (often called gas fees) are determined by the blockchain network and not controlled by Guard Wallet.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services and are not responsible for delays or outages caused by:
Internet connectivity issues
Blockchain network congestion
